Having expanded its training provision in Reading, my client is looking to appoint a Business Development Consultant, to promote both WBL & Apprenticeship training as well as bespoke courses.

20k basic with 10k ote.  20 days holiday plus an extra day per year's service (max 25) plus extra 3 days at Xmas.  3% contributory pension, 35p per mile mileage, mobile phone.  High Street vouchers, company bonus.

You will have:

• Experience in a sales business to business environment or recruitment/careers advisor
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access Databases and Powerpoint at basic level
• Proven track record & continued achievement of sales targets
• Ability to make sales presentations to all levels of people
• Ability to write proposals to customers which offer a wide range of solutions and available products
• Ability to deal with people at all levels, sometimes in difficult situations
