URGENT!
Sickness cover to start asap.  Min 2 weeks but may go longer. An expanding training provider urgently requires and experienced quality and performance manager to cover a period of sickness.

It is essential that you have a sound knowledge and understanding of WBL along with experience of managing budgets.  Reporting to the quality and performance director you will be required to report on the performance of the budget and to ensure that the MI is accurate at all times.

The main role is to ensure all NVQ/APP programmes are delivered in such a way that the financial and quality targets, including learner retention and achievement, are met.

You will lead, manage and develop the team leaders so they are delivering programmes of the highest quality, with learner achievement at the centre.
Essential experience:
Understanding of work base learning
Able to manage  LSC data reports, analysis them and generate individual regional reports from them.
Experience working with EXCEL
Experience on managing budgets and reporting on them against starts & completions
Worked with Maytas reports (not essential but would be a great plus).

Teaching qualifications or A1/V1 ideal, along with experience managing a team in line with budgets and other targets.  Knowledge of NVQ delivery and quality/LSC/ESF/WBL.

Salary: £15-17.00 p.h. + A/L

Homebased - required to travel to Berkshire Offices at least twice a week.
